The service

Bugframe provides screenshot-to-ticket capture software and ticket-filing service, as described on this site. Features listed are the features that exist — we don't sell roadmaps.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• There is no free trial; monthly billing starts at checkout. Cancel anytime.
• Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal link or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to break the law, spam people, or attack other systems.
• API keys are yours to protect; you're responsible for calls made with them.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No guaranteed outcomes

We capture and file diligently, but we can't guarantee tracker delivery (Jira/Linear/GitHub APIs have the final say) or that every report will contain complete context on every browser.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We'll post material changes here and email active customers before they take effect.
