Choose a tier on the pricing page and check out securely with Stripe. Stripe returns you to the claim page, which reveals your API key once — save it; it identifies your account to the extension, the snippet, and the API.

Load the Bugframe extension unpacked in Chrome (chrome://extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked → select the extension/ folder), pin it, and set your ingest endpoint on the Options page.

Prefer no extension? Embed the snippet instead:

Add your Jira, Linear, or GitHub credentials to the server .env (see the repo README). No tracker yet? Reports queue in the local file sink so nothing is lost.

Click the orange “ Report bug” button on any page, annotate the screenshot, and file. The ticket lands in your tracker with console logs, network errors, URL, viewport, and browser metadata attached.
