About Bugframe

Bugframe is a screenshot-to-ticket tool for people who build on the web. The insight is unglamorous: most bug reports are missing the context needed to fix the bug, and the tooling that captures that context prices for mid-market.

We're in pre-launch. The capture widget, ticket builder, tracker sinks, ingest server, and a packaged Chrome extension are built and tested (40 automated tests, all passing).

We file rich tickets, not videos. No session replay, no AI triage — and our marketing says exactly that.

What we won't do

We won't claim session replay, video recording, or AI triage (not built). We won't show you AI-generated product imagery — screenshots are the reporter's real screen. And we won't invent customers: no testimonials until they're real.
